How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches out to Corruptionrules Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and does not count as legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Corruptionrules Mold Help
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, test results, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps us keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please understand that Corruptionrules Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@corruptionrules.world and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt of your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If you are not satisfied with our reply, answer the email and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help too.
